Blood bath in Global Equity Markets
Union Budget by FM could not the save the traders confidence. 5220 was a critical support for Nifty. During the intra day activity Nifty once sharply bounced from 5220 level and then badly broke to test 5100. In a volatile trade Nifty could close above 5220. But it could not be believed that the worst is over. It is only a technical pullback to the first dip of a big fall. Nifty may retest the 5100 level. If it breaks 5055 and the next psychological level at 5000, there is a lot of space to 4800 or more. One thing is sure - An another shake out is near...
Global equity markets are on another crash. Dow jones closed with a loss of 315 points. Asian markets in this morning is in same line. In the morning session, Nikkei of Japan is in a loss of 245 points. Hnseng is opened witha gapdown of 700 points. The blood bath is continuing.
FIIs were net sellers for 334 crores in capital segment on Friday, according to NSE provisional data. DIIs were buyers for 742 crores.
Nifty March Futures are at a huge discount - 83.40 points.
Market breadth was very weak. NSE Advances:Declines were 446:727.
